Green Fork was brought to life by three friends whose shared values, combined with their unique skill sets, were the perfect fit for starting a local food shop and online delivery service. Together, Lee Clarke, Megan Gillespie Jones, and Jordan MacPhee grow, sell, and deliver farm-fresh local foods to Islanders and visitors in search of sustainably-grown food. Their dedication to supporting local farmers, protecting the environment, and creating community around food is the driving force behind every decision they make at Green Fork. In addition to sourcing from Island farmers that use sustainable growing methods, Green Fork is committed to paying its farmers a fair price for their products and to creating a zero-waste business by donating all surplus food to local food banks and charities.
